Annual Distinguished Visiting Professor & Public Lectureship
The Distinguished Visiting Professor will present three University-wide Brady Lectures to the entire community on the topic of ethics, civic life and their discipline. The Brady Program will bring scholars from around the world to campus for one year to teach a seminar, meet with the graduate student fellows and serve as a resource to the Brady Scholars. The lectures will be collected and published as a record of outstanding reflection on the ethics of civic life in a complex world. The annual lectures will help to add to the sense of community engagement between our Chicago and Evanston neighbors, the University, and the wider world of international discourse on the role of leaders, states, and nations.
